Colour
Please note, if you are a new client a skin test will be required first to ensure you do not react to the hair colour. This will need to be factored in when requesting your booking at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Areas covered
Based in the Surrey area I cover Ashtead, Banstead, Cheam, Chessington, Epsom and Ewell, Epsom Downs, Leatherhead, Woking, Ripley, Cobham.
Depending on availability I can travel outside of these areas*. If you require hairstyling at another location please contact me to discuss.
*Please note that travel outside of these areas will incur an extra charge for the additional travel time and expense.

Hygiene & Covid Protocol
All equipment is cleaned and sterilised after each use, and the gowns and towels are washed.
Ideally, please provide your own towel when washing your hair.
I am happy to wear a mask whilst in your home if this makes you feel more comfortable. Do let me know if this is something you would prefer.

I’m happy to wear a mask if you’d feel more comfortable - just ask.
I do take regular Covid rapid lateral flow tests. If you require me to test on the morning of your appointment, please let me know.
I sanitise all hair equipment and wash robes after each use/appointment.

Of course! Please send through pictures by email to hairbyjadel@gmail.com of the desired style, and we can then discuss the options.

For a colour appointment, please always keep it dry. For cutting/styling appointments; if we have not discussed the style or I haven’t seen your hair before, please leave it dry. If we are aware of what style we are creating, washing it before I arrive would be helpful.

Please contact me to discuss the location of your wedding, and your requirements - the further in advance the better.
It is just myself and I don’t have an assistant. Usually, I can style the bride, 4 bridesmaids/mother of the bride in the space of the morning (depending on the styles!)
Once I have all of the information required, I can provide you with a quotation.
We can also book a trial a month or two before the wedding, this is usually best once you know what you will be wearing on the day.
